| First off I'd like to say I'm sorry that you both had to leave your guild. When I listened to the podcast and heard that your guild had merged with another I expected that outcome. Normally when two groups who are used to things their own way integrate it's a chaotic and messy affair.
I'm wondering if you two are going to pursue in depth the logistics and infra-structure of running a guild. It's understandable if you feel hesitant since it may be airing out dirty laundry at times but there isn't much material out there. I believe that many listeners would find it interesting.

| It was an unavoidable situation that was more frustration than it was worth, unfortunately. It was to the point that we felt like we were a thorn in our GL's side, he stopped responding to us... Haf and I have actually left the "merger" guild this week and started a new guild of our own. We are hoping that our communication skills and activity within the social networking community will better prepare us for managing a successful guild that is ready for progression. http://www.bound-staghelm.comSome features that will certainly separate us from most guilds... - All raids will be streamed LIVE in HD so that even members who aren't able to attend, or are non-raiding members, are able to see and expereince the content with the guild. More to come...
- All GMOTD will be broadcast via twitter. Get raid time, raid spot updates direct on your iPhone or TweetDeck! http://twitter.com/BoundGuild
- Complete facebook intergration with a guild fan page! More to come...
We will definitely be sharing our adventure planning and managing this new guild with our listeners. And, many of our friends from the previous guild are on-board, and have already joined!

| Jsut curious, what will the guild format be? Hardcore Progression, Softcore Progression, or something alltogether different? If it'll have a social aspect, I'd check it out, but the idea of rolling a toon on a new server sounds painfull. | |

| We are a raiding guild, but with a different spin. Everyone is invited, we hope to develop a community much like these discussion forums. Raids will be very structured, we have a lot of great, experienced players. I guess you could say it is Soft-core. lol | |

| I think this was a good move. I don't understand how anyone could lead a raid by being a dick to everyone. That's one of the reason we actually vote for our Guild Leader. | |
