PostSubject: Where Have All The DK's Gone?   8/31/2009, 10:51 pm

At first glance, I'm sure the subject title seems a little silly. I mean, you can't throw a sizeable brick without hitting a DK (Look out Haf!) According to WarcraftRealms.com, DK's are the most popular class in the game, followed by Hunters.

However, if someone wants information/tips/etc about Hunters, there is no shortage of Hunter Blogs they can turn to. So, where have all the DK Blogs gone? There used to be a number of them when the class first came out, but now those numbers have drastically dropped off. Skeleton Jack's site seemed to be the go-to site, but he's decided to switch to a more general theme rather than Death Knight specific. Are Death Knights the "alt" class that players don't feel need any kind of representation in the blogging community? I was curious about this - where are all the DK sites?

imo There are more DK alts than mains. And alot of DK mains are terrible. It's a rarity to come across a DK main that really knows the class through and through.

Skeleton Jack is still around from what I can tell. Beyond that, there hasn't been any one site that has filled the roll of the go-to place for information. Not that i have seen.

http://deathknight.info/ is a decent source of information especially for new Death Knights, but for advanced players I would look to Elitist Jerks.
