What sort of music do you listen to?

I listen to mainly Rock and Metal so I love the music of the show :D
stuff like: Iron Maiden
Dream Theater
BFMV
Arch enemy
3 Inches of Blood
Bloodsimple
A7x
Lamb Of God
etc.

this is just the main things. i normally like anything
I even love utada hikaru, if anyone knows who she is

Oh geez. I'm all over the place. I can get into most stuff as long as it isn't Rap or Country. (Crazy, I know. A Texan who doesn't like country?!?) But looking at the list above, I fuckin' love DT.

I enjoy all kinds of stuff! If you check my iTunes, it's all metal and rock, but I enjoy all kinds of stuff. Barry Manilow ( yeah, I said it) and Michael Buble come to mind. India Arie and Norah Jones as well.

But if I could only listen to one group or soloist for the rest of my life, it would be...

Not sure if that's all of them, but you get the general idea.

I'm totally a product of the grunge scene, so I still routinely pop in my Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, etc. Love classic rock, such as Led Zep, Jimi, Pink Floyd, AC/DC. Can chill with some Jack Johnson, Dave Matthews, Dispatch (come on, I'm from San Diego. What do you expect?). Loved Blind Melon and The Refreshments back in the day so I follow a bunch of their off-shoot projects. The two bands/artists I'm most into these days are Drive-By Truckers and Bob Schneider (he's out of Austin btw). I also have an extreme weakness for chicks with badass voices singing to loud crunchy guitar, so I have to fess up to listening to Evanescence and have recently found Lacuna Coil and Flyleaf. I'd love some recommendations along those lines if anyone has any!

I prob missed a bunch but those are off the top of my head.

what the holy hell?! No one has mentioned Tool!! Aside from them though I usually listen to 3 Days Grace, Mudvayne, Shinedown, Nickelback, Pantera, Down, A Perfect Circle, Flyleaf, The Tea Party, Black Crowes, Dave Matthews Band, Killswitch Engage, Bullet For My Valentine, The Used, and Hydrovibe.

may i suggest king crimson for you to listen to ?

@ElJeppy you should check out some of Apocalyptica's older stuff too, they've got some great instrumental only songs.

I haven't really posted on here in a while, but I have varied musical tastes that run the gamut. Just a few artists that I listen to are:

Journey (I have done Raids and Wintergrasp with Don't Stop Believin' blaring)

I stick mostly to my classic rock bands like Rush, Van Halen, and Boston (even though they have only one real good album). Besides that I listen to a bit of jazz, I really like a J-Rock band known as the Pillows (I don't care if I can't understand them!), and most recently I fell in love with the music of Frank Sinatra.
