DBM install question

I am getting more into rading and I want to be up to par with the group so I am finally installing deadly boss mod. Does it extract into the wow/interface/addons? Thats where all my other mods go but it doesn't seem to work. Any tips?

I have installed the DBM into the interface section twice. I see it in there with all my other mods but it doesn't work in game and I dont see it in my addons in game..

Are you manually installing it?

Downloaded the zip file and tried to extract it to my interface/addons file.. like all the other mods I have.. Does it go in a different file?

No, that is definitely the file it goes in. You might need to redownload it and try again. Also check your addons menu in-game and make sure it isn't missing a dependency or just not being turned on due to being outdated or something like that.

Downloaded it again.. made sure it was the newest version. Put in in my addons.. Checked in game and still nothing. It doesn't even show up.

Make sure AddOns are installed

* Log in
* At the Character Select screen, look in lower left corner for the "addons" button.
* If button is there: make sure all the mods you installed are listed and make sure "load out of date addons" is checked.
* If the button is NOT there: means you did not install the addons properly. Look at the above screenshots. Try repeating the steps or getting someone who knows more about computers than you do to help.

Figured it out.. I completely forgot I had 2 copies of WoW on my comp. I was installing it in the wrong one. Works great now!
